Refund Policy
We strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below:
Cancellations and Refunds
- Full Refunds:
- If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refunds:
- Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refunds:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
- If you wish to reschedule your booking (Provided the place is available for booking on specified date), you may do so at least 48 hours before the original booking start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking are treated as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation terms.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not arrive at the booked time and do not notify us in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, or other emergencies, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or rescheduling option.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 20-25 business days of the cancellation request approval.
Late or Missing Refund
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update our Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updated policies will be posted here, and it’s your responsibility to review these changes.
