Who can list properties on ConfeRental?
Any individual or business owning office spaces, meeting rooms, or studios available for rent can list their property.
Who can book spaces on ConfeRental?
Anyone in need of temporary spaces for meetings, work, or photography can book spaces. Simply search by location or other filters to find the perfect space.
Are the listings verified by ConfeRental?
The information, photos, and descriptions in the listings are provided by the vendors themselves. While we take care to maintain the website, we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of vendor-provided details. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
Listing Your Property
What details are required to list my property?
You’ll need:
- Property name and type (e.g., office, studio).
- Location and address.
- Photos and videos of the property.
- Facilities offered (e.g., Wi-Fi, parking).
- Rental prices (hourly/daily).
- Availability calendar.
Do I need professional photos of my property?
While professional photos are not mandatory, high-quality images increase the chances of your property being booked.
How long does it take for my listing to be approved?
Listings are usually reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours. However if may take more time depending on the weekends, and holiday schedule.
Can I edit my property listing after submission?
Yes, you can log in to your account, navigate to your listings, and make changes.
Booking, Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
ConfeRental accepts all major credit/debit cards and online bank transfers, UPI payments. It supports most online payment systems.
How do I receive payment for bookings?
Payments are transferred to your registered bank account within 15days, after the booking is completed.
What happens if there’s a pricing error in a listing?
If a listing contains incorrect pricing or information due to an error, ConfeRental reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our refund policy.
Can ConfeRental limit sales or orders?
Yes, ConfeRental may limit sales to specific persons, geographic regions, or jurisdictions. Orders may also be restricted or canceled if they appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
Account Management
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request the deletion of your account by contacting our support team. Once your request is processed, all associated personal data will be deleted unless required to be retained for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
What if I forget my password?
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset your password.

Concerns or complaints about services or listings should be directed to the vendor responsible for the specific service. ConfeRental is not liable for disputes between vendors and customers.
Website Use
Can my account or use of the website be terminated?
Yes, ConfeRental reserves the right to terminate any users ( Customer Or Listing owner) access to the website if they violate any terms of service, engage in prohibited activities, or provide false information.
Does ConfeRental guarantee uninterrupted service?
Although, we try our best to keep the services are uninterrupted and smooth, there may be some other issues which may or may not be in our control. So, we do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruptions, delays, or errors. By using our platform, you acknowledge that the service may be impacted by technical or other issues beyond our control.
Is my intellectual property protected on ConfeRental?
Content uploaded to the platform, such as reviews or comments, may be used by ConfeRental for promotional or informational purposes without compensation. Listing owners and customers are prohibited from copying or misusing the intellectual property of others. However ConfeRental is not responsible if such case happens. ConfeRental is not liable for any damages to Listing owners and customers due to intellectual property violation.
Support & Queries
What if a customer damages my property?
ConfeRental encourages property owners to set clear terms in their listing. You may also consider obtaining insurance for added security.
Can I provide feedback or comments on ConfeRental?
Yes, we welcome your feedback! You can fill out contact form with the details.
By submitting comments or feedback, you grant ConfeRental the right to use, edit, and publish them without obligation or compensation.
Legal and Liability
What is ConfeRental’s role in transactions?
ConfeRental acts solely as a platform that connects vendors and customers. We do not participate in or mediate any agreements or disputes between vendors and customers. ConfeRental is not a party to rental agreements.
Is ConfeRental liable for the quality of the services or products listed?
No, ConfeRental does not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of the services or products listed by vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their listings.
Does ConfeRental verify vendor information?
While ConfeRental takes care to onboard vendors, we do not verify or endorse the information, photos, or descriptions provided by vendors. Customers must conduct their own due diligence before booking.
What happens if there’s a legal dispute between a vendor and a customer?
ConfeRental does not mediate disputes between vendors and customers. Any legal disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Who is responsible for the misuse of customer data by listing owners or Vice a Versa?
Listing Owners and Customers both are required to comply with applicable data protection laws. However, ConfeRental is not responsible for any misuse of customer data by listing owners or vice a versa. In any such case, customer & listing owners should resolve the matters within themselves.
However they should also report the concerns to us at contactconferental@stellariz.in. so that we can halt / terminate the services of such vendors or customers. Other than that ConfeRental is not liable to take any action.
What is ConfeRental’s responsibility for third-party links?
ConfeRental or the listing owners on ConfeRental may provide links to third-party websites for informational purposes. However, ConfeRental is not responsible for the content, services, or practices of these websites. Visiting third-party links is at the user’s own risk.
